Spitalfields is a bustling part of East London hosting a myriad of bars and eateries as well as changeable market stalls. The area now has a new resident in the form of world famous cocktail legend, Salvatore Calabrese at The Mule Bar. The new watering hole is located below popular restaurant The Holy Birds. Calabrese has partnered with his two sons, Gerry and John and created a classic menu of over 50 cocktails representing his lengthy journey within the industry. Set amongst expertly implemented 60s decor, it all feels pretty groovy baby.
